Bringing your existing mobile number to FlexiFone is simple. All you need is a PAC code (Porting Authorisation Code) from your current provider, and the process can be completed online in just a few steps.
Before you port-in, please note that our Multi-Network SIMs are primarily intended to be used as your second SIM to improve and fill in the gaps in coverage. There are certian limitations that you should be aware of, which are described on the article below:
🔑 Steps to Port-In Your Number
Log in to your FlexiFone account.
Go to Manage SIM.
Select Port-In Number.
Enter your PAC code and your current mobile number.
Submit the request.
⏳ What Happens Next?
Your number will be transferred to FlexiFone within 10 working days.
During the final stages of the port-in process, you may temporarily lose access to your number on your old SIM for 24-48 hours (or more in exceptional cases).
You’ll receive SMS updates from us once your number has been successfully transferred.
📌 How to Get a PAC Code
If you don’t already have a PAC code, simply text PAC to 65075 from your current number. Your provider will send you the code by SMS, usually within seconds.
