Yes, you can — if WiFi Calling is enabled on your Primary SIM and you're connected to WiFi, you can still receive calls and texts even when there’s no mobile signal. This works well in the UK on iPhones but not on Android devices.
If you're using FlexiFone as your secondary SIM, your Primary SIM can still receive calls via WiFi Calling, as long as it's enabled on your iPhone.
Alternatively, you can also set up call forwarding from your Primary SIM to your FlexiFone number when your Primary SIM is unreachable. (suitable for both Android and iOS devices).
