Setting up your new FlexiFone physical SIM is quick and simple. Along with your SIM, you’ll receive an activation page containing your unique activation code. Once you insert and activate your SIM, you’ll just need to configure the APN (Access Point Name) settings on your device to start using your plan.
Follow the instructions below based on whether you’re using an iPhone (iOS) or Android device.
🍏 For iPhone (iOS) Users
Insert your FlexiFone SIM into your iPhone and power it on.
Open the activation page included with your SIM package.
Enter the activation code provided.
Go to Settings > Mobile Data > Mobile Data Network.
Set the APN to
internet.Make sure Data Roaming is enabled.
You must now manually select a network to trigger a new network registration during the first time when you setup your eSIM. Please refer to the article on

This step is important as you may need to sometimes manually switch between networks if your Mobile Data or Calls do not work (in cases where you do have full bars of signal but no reliable network connection).
Your FlexiFone SIM will now be active and ready to use with full mobile data connectivity.
🤖 For Android Users
Insert your FlexiFone SIM into your Android phone and restart it.
Open the activation page included with your SIM package.
Complete activation by entering the code provided.
Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile Network > Access Point Names (APN).
Set the APN to
internet.Ensure that Data Roaming is turned on.
Restart your device for the changes to take effect.
