Firstly, it is important to note that your SIM will automatically switch to another network ONLY IF it completely looses signal. In cases where you have full bars of signal but a Slow or No Internet connection, you will need to manually select another network, as Automatic switching will not kick in.

📱 Manual Network Switching
If your device is stuck on a particular network, or you want to see if another network performs better, then you can manually switch to another network, by following the below steps:
On iOS, navigate to to Settings > Mobile Data > Network Selection, and on Android navigate to Connections > Mobile Networks > Network Operators.
Disable Automatic Network Selection switch and wait for a moment (approx. 2-3 minutes)
Choose the network you want your FlexiFone SIM to connect to.
Re-enable Automatic Network Selection
