Setting up your FlexiFone eSIM on iPhone is quick and hassle-free. All you need is the QR code we’ve sent to your registered email address. Scanning the QR code will automatically install your eSIM and get you connected in minutes.
🔑 What You’ll Need
An iPhone with eSIM support (iPhone XS or later)
The FlexiFone QR code is emailed to your registered address
An active internet connection (WiFi recommended)
📲 Steps to Install Your eSIM
1. Add the eSIM Using the QR Code
Open Settings → Cellular (or Mobile Data) → Add eSIM.
Select Use QR Code.
Scan the QR code from your email.
Your FlexiFone eSIM will now install automatically.
2. Configure APN Settings
After installation:
Go to Settings → Mobile Data → Mobile Data Network.
Set the APN to:
internet.
3. Enable Data Roaming
To ensure your eSIM works while travelling:
Go to Settings → Mobile Data → Data Roaming.
Toggle ON.
4. Restart your device
For the changes to take effect, it is important that you restart your device.
You must now manually select a network to trigger a new network registration during the first time when you setup your eSIM. Please refer to the article on

This step is important as you may need to sometimes manually switch between networks if your Mobile Data or Calls do not work (in cases where you do have full bars of signal but no reliable network connection).

Moving to a new device?
