If you’ve upgraded your device or need to reinstall your eSIM, you can easily move your FlexiFone eSIM to another device. Our latest V2 eSIMs let you delete and reinstall your plan using the same QR code.
🔄 Step 1: Delete your eSIM from the old phone
Open Mobile/Cellular Plans in your device settings
Select your FlexiFone eSIM
Tap Remove / Delete eSIM
(Removing your eSIM won’t cancel your FlexiFone plan. It just lets you transfer it to a new device.)
📲 Step 2: Install your eSIM on the new phone
Connect your new phone to a strong WiFi network
Open the original QR code (sent in your setup email)
Scan the QR code with your new phone to activate the eSIM
✅ Done — your number is active on the new device
