Can I make calls to UK numbers while abroad?

Yes — with a FlexiFone SIM or eSIM, you can make and receive calls while travelling abroad, depending on the country you’re visiting.

🌍 Within the EU/EEA & Supported Countries

When travelling in the EU/EEA and selected supported countries, your FlexiFone plan includes:

  • ✅ Unlimited incoming calls

  • ✅ Up to 60 outgoing minutes or SMS per month

This means you can:

  • Call local numbers in the country you’re visiting

  • Call UK numbers from abroad (e.g., call the UK while in France)

✈️ Outside the EU/EEA (e.g., US, India, Australia)

Currently, voice capability is limited outside Europe:

  • ✅ You can still receive calls and texts

  • ❌ You cannot make outgoing calls or send SMS

We are working on expanding international coverage and will soon launch Add-ons for voice calls outside Europe, making it easier to stay connected worldwide.
