If you no longer wish to continue with your FlexiFone plan, you can cancel it at any time directly from your online account or through the FlexiFone app. The process is quick and straightforward.
❌ Cancelling Your Plan
Log in to your account at account.flexifone.co.uk or open the FlexiFone app on your iPhone.
Go to Manage Plan.
Select Cancel Plan and follow the on-screen prompts.
Once you’ve completed the cancellation, your plan will remain active until the end of its current billing period. After that, it will not automatically renew.
🔄 Reactivating Your Plan
Changed your mind? No problem — you can easily reactivate your subscription at any time:
Log in to your FlexiFone account or app.
Go to Manage Plan.
Select Renew Plan to restart your subscription.
📌 Important to Note
FlexiFone plans run on a 30-day rolling basis.
Cancelling your plan stops the auto-renewal, but you can still use your plan until it expires.
You will not be charged again unless you renew your plan manually.
