If you're using a TP-Link 4G/5G router, you may need to manually create a new APN profile using the “Create Profile” option in the router interface.

Follow the steps below:

🔧 Step-by-Step for TP-Link Routers

  1. Access the Router Admin Panel

    • Connect your device to the router (Wi-Fi or Ethernet)

    • Open a browser and go to:

      • 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1

    • Log in using your admin credentials

  2. Go to Profile Management

    • Navigate to:
Advanced → Network → Internet → Profile Management
(Menu names may vary slightly depending on model)

  3. Create a New Profile

    • Click “Create Profile” or “Add New”

  4. Enter APN Details

    • Fill in the following:

Setting

Value

Profile Name

FlexiFone

APN

internet

Username

(leave blank)

Password

(leave blank)

Authentication

PDP Type

IPv4 or IPv4/IPv6

  1. Save and Select the Profile

    • Click Save

    • Select the newly created profile as Active/Default

  2. Set Network Selection (Optional but Recommended)

    • Go to: Advanced → Mobile WAN

    • If needed, change Network Search from Auto to Manual to select a stronger network

  3. Reboot the Router

    • Restart the router to apply all changes

✅ After Setup

  • The router should now connect to the network automatically

  • Check for signal bars and “Connected” status

  • Try browsing to confirm internet access
