How to Find or Identify Which eSIM or SIM Is Installed on Your Phone?

Written by Jasmeen Kaur

If you have multiple SIMs or eSIMs installed on your device, you may need to identify which FlexiFone SIM/eSIM is currently active.

You can do this by checking the ICCID number on your phone.

πŸ’‘ The ICCID is the unique SIM serial number linked to your SIM or eSIM.

🍎 On iPhone

  1. Open Settings

  2. Go to General

  3. Tap About

  4. Scroll down until you see ICCID

  5. If you have multiple SIMs/eSIMs installed, check the ICCID listed under the relevant SIM slot or cellular plan

βœ… You can then compare this ICCID with the one shown in your FlexiFone account or order confirmation.

πŸ€– On Android

The exact steps may vary depending on your device manufacturer and Android version, but generally:

  1. Open Settings

  2. Go to About Phone or Connections

  3. Tap SIM Manager, SIM Status, or Status Information

  4. Look for:

    • πŸ“Œ ICCID

    • πŸ“Œ SIM Card Number

    • πŸ“Œ eSIM Information

Some Android devices may also show the ICCID under:

  • βš™οΈ Settings β†’ About Phone β†’ SIM Status

  • βš™οΈ Settings β†’ Network & Internet β†’ SIMs

ℹ️ Why This Is Useful

Checking the ICCID helps confirm:

βœ… Which SIM/eSIM is currently installed
βœ… Whether the correct FlexiFone SIM is active
βœ… If the SIM matches your account or order confirmation details

πŸ“© If you still need help identifying your SIM/eSIM, please contact FlexiFone support with a screenshot of the ICCID section from your device settings.
