If you’ve forgotten your FlexiFone account password or are having trouble logging in, don’t worry — you can reset your password in just a few quick steps. Resetting your password will allow you to securely access your account again and continue managing your plan, SIM, or eSIM without interruption.


🔁 Step 1: Go to the Password Reset Page


📧 Step 2: Enter Your Registered Email Address

Type in the email address that you used to create your FlexiFone account. Make sure there are no typos; otherwise, you won’t receive the reset email.


📩 Step 3: Receive the Reset Email

Click Submit, and you’ll get an email with a secure link to create a new password.

⚠️ If the email doesn’t arrive within a few minutes:

  • Check your Spam/Junk folder.

  • Make sure you entered the correct email address.

  • If you still don’t receive it, contact [email protected] for assistance.


🔑 Step 4: Create a New Password

Click the link in the email and set a new password. For security, we recommend:
